Welding Quality Management
CSS Engineering are registered and certified on the ISO3834-2:2021 management system through CertX SA (Pty Ltd).
Our welders are highly qualified in welding processes namely ISO 4063 – 111(MMA), 141 (TIG), 131 (MIG), 135 (MAG).
The materials that we are qualified to weld are as follows: (Material Group – 1, 8, 11)
• SS 304L
• SS 316L
• SS 904L
• Duplex (SAF) 2205
• Superroot on SS
• CS Plate and Pipe
All welders are qualified in 6G position.
