Sizing Screens Service (3 off):
• Replace screening media (tear drop plates and wire mesh).
• Service exciter drives.
• Service cardin shaft drives.
• Replace isolation springs.
Service Pan Feeders (2 off):
• Service cardin shafts.
• Service exciter drives.
• Replace liner ceramic tiles.
Service Roller Crusher (1 off):
• Installation of newly relined rolls c/w new bearings and bearing housings.
• New v-belts, pulley alignment.
• Crusher rolls alignment & CSS (closed side setting) adjustment.
Conveyor Service (cold screening, feed section, weigh feeders):
• (13 off) cold screening section.
• (9 off) feed section.
• (6 off) weigh feeder section.
o Replace drives.
o Replace pulleys (DE & NDE).
o Check & replace pulley bearings.
o Inspect & service take-up units.
o Replace idlers, idler frames, return rollers, drop down brackets.
o Remove and replace new conveyor belts.
o Training of conveyor belts upon commissioning.
Total of 219 Employees, day and night shift.
