Servicing done on main fans:
• Removing casing.
• Removing & replacement of fan.
• Removal of fan drive motor and installation of new motor c/w laser alignment of couplings.
• Remove damaged Inlet eye and replace with new inlet eye and verify clearance between inlet eye and fan followed by weld in position – (Third Party NDT on all weld repairs, 100% pass rate).
• Open and inspect main bearings and verify clearances to determine replacement.
• Replace worn-out liners.
• Repair casing – (Third Party NDT on all weld repairs, 100% pass rate).
• Service and grease bearings on the dumper louvers.
• Change actuator on dumper.
• Change worn-out billets inside casing.
• Cut out window patches on casing and replace window and weld it full – (Third Party NDT on all weld repairs, 100% pass rate).
• Change oil cooler.
• Reroute oil pipe line to fit new oil cooler.
• Plate thickness tests done on louvers all louvers.
• Change textile on dumper.
• Change textile on inlet.
• Run main fan to perform static balancing.
